Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Remote / Hybrid

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the social media strategy, managing content across platforms, and engaging with our online community. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of social media trends and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and manage online community interactions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics and user engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the organization is at the forefront of social media innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
