What you will do 

• Be the first line of defense for end-user support—diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network challenges.
• Keep us connected by managing Microsoft 365 applications and accounts.
• Own the hardware lifecycle—from setup and deployment to maintenance.
• Empower our team with training and tips that make tech easy and accessible.
• Monitor and optimize system and network performance, escalating issues when needed.
• Document like a pro—maintain IT controls, system guides, and user documentation.
• Drive IT service excellence through incident management, request fulfillment, and problem resolution.
• Champion security by supporting data protection and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate and innovate with IT leadership on process improvements and technology projects.
• Live our company values in every interaction.
• And yes—other duties as assigned (because tech never stops evolving!).

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Solid understanding of IT operations and system administration.
• Familiarity with information security and data governance.
• Excellent communication skills—you can train and support users with ease.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with a hunger to learn new tech.
