The Marketing Specialist’s primary role is to help lead and execute Novarad’s marketing strategy — from campaign planning to event execution. This person will play a key role in developing multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen our brand, and support our sales goals.
You’ll join a small, highly collaborative marketing team that works closely across departments. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, hands-on, and eager to take ownership of projects while working closely with peers to move initiatives forward.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Plan, organize, and manage trade shows and industry events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and lead follow-up.
• Work cross-functionally with the sales team to ensure all marketing efforts align with lead generation and revenue goals.
• Manage HubSpot marketing automation, including email workflows, lead scoring, campaign setup, and reporting.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies on digital advertising and media strategies.
• Help manage and execute email campaigns, direct mail, and LinkedIn social media initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Work collaboratively within the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative and effective marketing tactics.
Requirements
What You Will Bring:
Skills and Competencies-
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, and lead generation.
• Experience managing trade shows and event marketing from start to finish.
• Proficiency in HubSpot required (automation, CRM integration, workflows, and reporting).
• Ability to analyze marketing data, create insights, and provide monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — we’re a tight-knit, team-driven group that values shared ideas and creative problem-solving.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry or eagerness to learn it.
• Experience with WordPress or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Education and Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or event marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Communications.
What to Expect
- 40 hours/week, some evenings and weekend availability (rarely)
- Must be willing to work in-office at the Provo office location
