What You'll Do

Strategic Analysis & Advisory: Apply basic structured thinking tools to break down client challenges and begin identifying root causes to identify opportunities and risks and provide data-driven recommendations that align with client objectives.

Business Process Improvement: Support the diagnosis of operational inefficiencies and the design of streamlined processes that improve productivity, reduce costs and enhance customer experience.

Transformation: Support change initiatives by coordinating activities, facilitating stakeholder discussions and ensuring smooth adoption of new practices and technologies.

Project Delivery: Act as the engine room of the project teams to plan, monitor and deliver transformation initiatives, tracking milestones and supporting quality outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Help build strong client relationships through effective communication, collaboration and workshop support to drive lasting impact.

AI-Driven Business Solutions: Analyses client business processes to identify inefficiencies and uncover opportunities for AI-driven optimisation, while beginning to independently apply AI solutions.

What You'll Bring

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

3+ years’ experience in consulting or a related field.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges and deliver clear recommendations.

Proven experience in process improvement, operating model design or digital transformation.

Excellent project and program management skills, with a track record of delivering outcomes in complex environments.

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, including experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.

Awareness of AI, machine learning and automation trends, with the ability to assess opportunities for adoption and translate technical concepts into business impact.

Flexibility and willingness to work in diverse environments and travel as required.
