Student Recruitment Manager - India
About the Role
We are seeking for an experienced Student Recruitment Manager for a 1-year fixed-term role based in India. In this pivotal position, you will drive student recruitment growth and help achieve targets for India on behalf of Navitas’ University Partnerships North America (UPNA) division. Working closely with colleagues in the India and North America, you will lead on-the-ground recruitment activities, from agent training and lead generation to student conversion and stakeholder engagement.
This short-term contract is ideal for an agile, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and can hit the ground running to deliver immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement student recruitment strategies in collaboration with college partners and in-market teams across India and South Asia.
- Represent Navitas at promotional events, fairs, and partner engagements.
- Conduct agent training, deliver student conversion activities, host information sessions, and manage enquiries.
- Generate detailed market insights, performance reports, and recruitment forecasts.
- Provide timely market feedback to shape future strategy.
- Develop strong relationships with students, parents, agents, University Partners, and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate activity logs within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Support seamless execution of recruitment and administrative operations.
- Foster long-term partnerships to ensure ongoing success.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated success in sales within a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in student recruitment, adult education, or a related field, with strong knowledge of Middle East markets.
- Strong numerical literacy, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English (written and spoken).
- Resilience and adaptability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.
- Experience in the Higher Education sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
