Summary

The Associate Accountant will support Corporate Finance Operations and ABC Medical Accounting Department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of day-to-day and period close responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Bank of America/Concur responsibilities- 50%

• Credit Card Administration
• Process new credit card requests, credit line adjustments, card cancellations, and update reviewers

Concur

• Manage employee profiles as needed Audit expense reports for compliance with expense policy Notify employees/supervisor of late/unsubmitted reports
• Expense reporting support Monitor One Card payments due and follow-up on past due reimbursements Support and resolve daily questions/issues

Month End Close

• Prepare and submit monthly reporting & journals

Sunshine Act Administration & Support - 50%

• Work with Compliance to understand requirements
• Establish and monitor process for auditing and reporting Sunshine transactions
• Monthly audit of expense reports and submission to Compliance
• Pull data and prepare and file government reports

Other 10%

• Other Ad Hoc Reporting and projects
• Create and maintain process documentation
• o Identify and implement process improvements

Work Experience Requirements:

• Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5
• Experience with Concur required
• Experience with Multi-company and multi-national environment preferred
• Experience with Accounts Payable preferred Experience with Sunshine Compliance preferred

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
