What you'll do:

• Take charge of a small and medium business portfolio, working to develop revenue and achieve agreed business objectives. Account management, maintenance and updating of master data in Salesforce.

• Identify and qualify new business and existing customer sales opportunities through proactive strategies (no cold calling).

• Provide regular feedback to team leaders ensuring a seamless flow of information.

You should apply if you bring:

• Minimum one year experience in customer service & sales.

• Native-level German and intermediate English proficiency.

• Familiarity with Windows-based technology and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

• Strong oral and written communication skills in a B2B environment.

• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce would be desired.

We will offer you:

• €24802.40 salary plus a Telesales allowance of €3,000 gross per year plus bonus scheme.

• Full-time permanent contract (39 hours a week, Monday to Friday).
