We’re now looking for a Station Maintenance Manager to lead our team in Düsseldorf (DUS).

Your Mission

As Station Maintenance Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our Düsseldorf station - ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality, and leading your team to deliver outstanding results.

You will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of licensed engineers, mechanics, and support staff.
  • Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with EASA Part-145 standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our airline customers, ensuring strong relationships and top-tier service delivery.
  • Manage resources and budgets, keeping operations smooth and cost-efficient.
  • Promote continuous improvement, implementing new ideas and processes to raise quality and productivity.
  • Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and company standards.

 

Your leadership will directly shape the performance and reputation of one of our most important European stations.

 

What You Bring

  • Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or engineering environment.
  • Valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance License (B1 and/or B2) preferred.
  • Solid understanding of EASA Part-145 regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and people management skills.
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to make confident operational decisions.
