The compensation for this position is $17.00/hr.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to process returned products
  • Evaluate returned products to validate reason for customer return
  • Perform final product evaluation for recertification department
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of the product(s).
  • Utilize the warehouse management system to process product returns
  • Use a scanner to input product information
  • Capturing a photo of returns authorization form to ensure credit to proper customer
  • Demonstrates safe working practices in all facets of the job
  • Communicate processing issues to Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
  • Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business needs.
  • Flex as needed to other job assignments directed by the management team.
  • Must be proficient in departmental Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as applicable to your assigned area.
  • Verify accuracy per SOP, and record/communicate discrepancies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to understand Deposco management system
  • Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Team player
  • Good visual observation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must adhere to all safety procedures

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional lifting 25 pounds but no more than 50 pounds
  • Job requires 100% standing while working
  • Occasional bending/stooping, twisting, and reaching
