Who We Are Looking For: 
This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in contributing to our team as a Privilege Access Management intern within State Street’s Global Technology Services organization. Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients. We’re driving the company’s digital transformation and expanding business capabilities using industry best practices and advanced technologies. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Privileged Access Management (PAM) team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing and securing privileged accounts, supporting access control initiatives, and contributing to the overall cybersecurity posture of the organization.


What You Will Do:   

In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities: 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, identify risks, and deliver solutions.
•    Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of privileged accounts across various systems and platforms. 
•    Support the implementation and maintenance of PAM tools (e.g., CA-PAM , CyberArk, Hashicorp etc ). 
•    Monitor and analyze privileged access logs for unusual or unauthorized activity. 
•    Help document PAM processes, policies, and procedures. 
•    Participate in access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. 
•    Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve access control mechanisms. 
•    Research and recommend improvements to PAM practices and technologies.
•    Identify potential opportunities for process and automation improvements.

Education and Preferred Qualifications: 

Candidates should be: 
•    Final-year undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical disciplines who are interested in converting to a full-time role post-graduation
•    Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven organization
•    Effective communicators with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
•    Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement
•    Motivated by real-world problem solving and eager to contribute innovative ideas

Certification nice to haves:
•    CompTIA Security+
•    Microsoft Security Fundamentals
•    Any certifications on CyberArk Defender , Sentry, HashiCorp

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
