Anderson-Shiro CISD is seeking the following position:

Secondary Campus Administrator - (JH/HS Campus)

Administrative Contract - 212 days

Job Description:

Anderson-Shiro CISD is looking for a highly motivated, certified Administrator to handle specific operations of the campus.  The Assistant Principal is expected to supervise and implement the campus discipline plan, ensure Student Code of Conduct is adhered to, assist the principal in evaluating the performance of staff, as well as lead/manage various campus activities as assigned.  The Assistant Principal must interact with other school administrators, teachers, and staff to create a pleasant work environment. He/she should be an innovator, self-starter, organized and a positive team member in the district. 

Qualifications:

Master’s degree from an accredited college required.
Valid Texas Administrator’s Certificate preferred and Texas teaching certificate is required. 

T-TESS training and certification required.

At least 5 (five) years successful classroom teaching experience required. Administrative experience is preferred but not required.
