Part Time Breakfast Attendant | Hotel Belvoir | Springfield, VA en PM Hotel Group

Schedule: Part-time, 2–3 days per week
Shift: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Availability: Weekends & holidays required

About the role

You’re the first smile our guests see. As a Breakfast Attendant, you’ll keep the buffet fresh and inviting, brew great coffee, and deliver friendly, efficient service that kick-starts everyone’s day on the right note.

What you’ll do

• Open and set up the breakfast area: brew coffee/tea, stock hot & cold stations, set trays, utensils, and condiments.
• Greet guests warmly, explain offerings, and assist with special requests or dietary needs.
• Monitor, replenish, and rotate food to brand standards; maintain temperature logs and labeling.
• Keep the dining area spotless: wipe/clear tables, manage trash, and tidy the service line.
• Handle basic Toast POS transactions when applicable; follow cash-handling and comp procedures.
• Break down and clean all equipment/areas at close; restock for the next day.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

What you bring

• Prior hospitality, café, or food service experience preferred.
• Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Friendly, reliable, and organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working early mornings and moving at a steady pace.
• Able to stand/walk for the entire shift and lift up to 25–50 lbs; frequent bending and reaching.
