The Traffic Performance Manager plays a key role in supporting RideNow initiatives that improve lead handling, appointment setting, and traffic-to-sale conversion. This role bridges the gap between people, process, and performance ensuring consistent execution of sales and digital engagement standards across all locations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with the National Traffic Management Director and regional leadership to enhance dealership traffic management performance.
- Develop and maintain training programs, including new hire onboarding, ongoing skill development, and process certification tracks.
- Provide hands-on support to Internet Sales Managers (ISMs), BDCs, and dealership teams on lead handling, CRM use, and appointment processes.
- Analyze data trends to identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
- Coordinate communication and best practice sharing between the regional teams and dealerships.
- Support traffic management reporting, KPI tracking, and process audits to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
