Pay starts at $14/hour, advancement opportunities are available with tenure.

Daily duties include:

• Receiving + Merchandising product
• Creating new displays
• Customer Service
• Social Media content creation
• General store upkeep
• Vibing and Thriving

Requirements

• Sales experience in a retail environment.
• Great Customer Service - Comfort speaking and working in a public setting - customer service is our #1 strategy (no personal sales goals)
• Love and knowledge of fashion, music, pop culture and Austin (you'll learn more on the job!)
• Artistic skills, merchandising and creativity welcomed
• Work and communicate well with all staff.
• Uphold respect for yourself, fellow co-workers and customers.
• Be able to lift and maneuver fixtures and product as necessary and work majority of 8 Hour shift on your feet.
• Saturday and Sunday shifts required - 10:45 AM - 7:15 PM, possible third shift available, not to exceed 29 Hrs/Wk.
