We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team of 5 (3 FP&A Analysts, 1 Model Builder, and 1 Manager). This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Audit, or Transaction Services who wants to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
In this role, you will be the dedicated finance business partner for R&D and G&A functions. You will work closely with their Leadership Team members, helping them understand their financials, bringing clarity and visibility, and turning accounting data into actionable insights.
The role requires both solid accounting knowledge (to challenge and request corrections in the GL when needed) and the ability to leverage our EPM platform (Pigment) to provide accurate, timely, and insightful reporting.

What Will You Do:
Act as the finance business partner to R&D and G&A Leadership Team members, providing clarity on performance, costs, and variances.
Monitor and analyze actuals, forecasts, and budgets for R&D and G&A, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
Ensure accuracy of financial data by reviewing accounting entries, challenging discrepancies, and collaborating with Accounting for corrections when needed.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and analyses in Pigment to support monthly reviews, rolling forecasts, and ad hoc analysis.
Summarize financial and accounting information into clear narratives for Leadership Teams.
Partner with the broader FP&A team to continuously improve reporting processes and enhance efficiency and visibility.
Who You Are:
2–3 years of experience in Finance, Audit, or Transaction Services.
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and ability to challenge GL entries.
Experience with EPM/BI/ERP tools (Pigment & Netsuite experience are a plus).Skills & Mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to structure complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership of topics end-to-end.
Excellent communication skills; able to build trust with Leadership Teams.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a scale-up environment.
