Mission:
The mission of this role is to deliver sustainable growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. The role will focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, strengthening long term customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. By creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus, the position will play a key part in driving the company’s success and market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and increase market share.
- Provide guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
- Bidding and negotiating new/development and volume business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
For our Senior Account Manager, we are looking for:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Commercial or a related technical field
- Experience in a sales/commercial role (or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge)
- Leadership skills (small team) – ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively in diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluent in German and English additional languages are a plus.
