• Collaborates with internal departments to ensure seamless referrals and promotes MAX Insurance as a trusted partner in financial wellness.
• Maintains accurate and timely records by processing payments, updating policy information, and ensuring smooth renewals and account maintenance.
• Upholds compliance standards and documentation practices in accordance with agency and state requirements.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and team-based sales targets and KPls.
• Monitors personal performance, develops action plans to address gaps, and participates in coaching sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Serves as a knowledge resource for credit union associates regarding insurance products and procedures.
• Assists in training initiatives and contributes to building product awareness and engagement across departments.
• Actively seeks professional development opportunities to stay informed of industry changes and improve consultative effectiveness.
• Represents the agency at community events and networking opportunities to increase visibility and drive new business.
• Supports strategic initiatives aimed at agency growth and member value enhancement. Maintains a member first mindset.
