Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Filing: Submit insurance product filings and stay updated on industry trends.
- Forms Management: Create and manage forms and endorsements; conduct annual audits to ensure accuracy.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and distribute departmental files and reference materials.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Analyze regulatory changes and their impact on operations; manage projects related to regulatory changes.
- Vendor Analysis: Assist in evaluating vendors under the direction of the Compliance Manager.
- Independent Decision-Making: Exercise judgment and decision-making skills to handle various tasks.
- Training & Education: Provide compliance training and education to interdepartmental staff as needed.
- Reporting Structure: Reports to the Compliance Manager.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, English, political science, or a pre-law field of study.
- No prior insurance experience required; comprehensive training program provided.
