Purpose: Supervisory role ensuring employees performance meets company goals and standards.  This position will require communication and reporting to employees, managers, and the business on goals, objectives, progress and roadblocks.  It will also require training and implementing process improvements, setting standards, performance evaluations, assigning assignments, providing feedback and following through with employees, while ensuring employees have the tools to perform their assignments.  This position will require the ability to be organized, multitask, enforcement, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills  

 

Essential Functions

  • Must obey and enforce safety/business rules and regulations.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations and workflow.
  • Set expectations for employees and teams.
  • Must be able to provide guidance and feedback to employees and follow through.
  • Develop and/or implement strategies to better reach and exceed goals.
  • Communicate clear instructions and goals to the teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to employees and the business.
  • Actively participate and engage with operations.
  • Ensuring goals are met and employees are productive.
  • Assigning tasks and following through to completion.

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience for the position:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Knowledge/Experience with MS Dynamics is a plus.
  • Ability to move product to different locations digitally and physically.
  • Inventory control / Cycle Count experience.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.
  • Ability to lift approximately 75lbs and/or utilize proper equipment (hand truck, carts, additional people) to move heavy items.
  • Navigate change well including but not limited to leading different teams in the warehouse.
  • Participate with and lead people.
  • Follow and enforce rules fair and equally.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.


This is an on-site position in our Fountain Inn, South Carolina Distribution Center.  It is full-time Monday-Thursday 3:00-01:30 shift.
