POSITION: Welder 3 Team Lead
NIGHT SHIFT: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (OT on Friday or Saturday as required)
PAY RATE: $30.00 - $33.00+ per hour (DOE) + Full Benefits Package
LOCATION: West Fargo, ND
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the safe and efficient fabrication of steel products. The Welder III is an advanced- level welding position, with all work being completed with little supervision.

- Qualified to weld on all products required for the
- Maintain technical qualifications required for position

- Ability to operate specialized equipment
- Understand complex drawings and diagrams

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years of welding experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Fits and completes final welds in the vertical position
- Perform stick welding
- Advanced layout and fitting skills
- Proven Leadership skills to coach and train others
- Perform multi-position welds daily
