ABOUT THE JOB: 

The Marketing Analyst plays a key role in supporting Hawkins’ overall marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels. This position will drive impact through media planning, project coordination, and execution of marketing programs that strengthen Hawkins’ presence and support sales growth.

The Marketing Analyst will work closely with business unit leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver creative and data-driven marketing solutions. Responsibilities include campaign planning, budget tracking, marketing collateral development, internal request fulfillment, list management, and performance reporting to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Media Planning & Campaign Execution

    • Support the planning and coordination of advertising and media placements across print, digital, and other traditional channels.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute media plans and ensure deliverables meet timelines and brand standards.
    • Track performance of media initiatives and make recommendations for optimization.

    Supporting Internal Marketing Requests

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal marketing requests across business units and departments.
    • Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of requests to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality output.
    • Assist teams with marketing materials, presentations, and communication assets that align with Hawkins’ brand standards.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify recurring needs and develop efficient processes or templates to support them.

    Marketing Project Management

    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication for marketing projects from concept through completion.
    • Coordinate efforts between business units, sales, and external vendors to ensure marketing projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
    • Maintain documentation, budgets, and project tracking tools to support efficient workflow.

    List Management & Data Coordination

    • Manage and maintain marketing contact lists, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance.
    • Work with CRM or marketing automation tools to update contact information and optimize distribution lists for campaigns and communications.

    Collaboration & Business Alignment

    • Develop a strong understanding of Hawkins’ business segments and their specific marketing needs.
    • Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and align marketing programs with business goals.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop product summaries, marketing materials, and content for internal and external use.

    Creative Development & Tradeshow Support

    • Assist with the development and execution of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, tradeshow banners, advertisements, and internal communications.
    • Ensure consistent use of Hawkins’ brand standards across all materials and channels.
    • Contribute to content development for company events, meetings, and other corporate initiatives.

    Performance Reporting & Insights

    • Compile and analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular reporting to marketing leadership and business units on key performance metrics.
    • Support ongoing efforts to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI through data-driven insights.

    ABOUT YOU:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting marketing campaigns or media planning efforts
    • Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience, (preferably in industrial, chemical, or manufacturing)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation systems (preferably Dynamics)
    • Demonstrated experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives
    • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

      TRAVEL

      Limited travel 5-10%

      Expected Compensation: $75,000-85,000 + 10% Bonus Eligibility
