Examples of Duties (Non-Exhaustive):
· Receiving payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
· Entering payments and applications into T2 Flex, the university’s current parking software
program
· Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
· Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and
that there is adequate change.
· Assisting patrons during high traffic periods
· Reconcile cash drawer at the end of shifts to ensure drawer balances
· Greet customers entering establishments.
· Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
· Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
· Compute and record totals of transactions.
· Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
with customers on a daily basis, accepting money for items purchased, and assisting customers when
there are price discrepancies.
