VP, Media en Security Service Federal Credit Union

This role is responsible for developing and overseeing a comprehensive cross-channel media strategy that supports the organization’s objectives. This role leads media planning, buying, and reconciliation processes. Oversee budgets and resources for media activities to maximize return on ad spend and ensure alignment with marketing goals. Leads digital media operations, sets the vision for digital strategies and stays updated on emerging technologies and trends. This position is responsible for managing vendor relationships and third-party agencies to ensure seamless coordination and execution. Additionally, the role is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven frameworks to measure media performance. Improves sales and marketing capabilities across digital platforms. Demonstrates the ability to position the Credit Union to leverage new technologies while quickly responding to industry changes. Identifies and mitigates risk associated with marketing activities. Work closely with creative, analytics, digital services and technology teams to ensure integrated messaging, cohesive campaign execution and tracking capabilities are in place. Recruit, manage and mentor a team of media specialists and professionals to execute strategies effectively.
