Location: Park 44 Apartments; St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Friday; Weekend availability required
Salary: $68,000-$70,000, based on certifications and experience
Incentives: Quarterly performance-based bonus program

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of residential property management experience.
- Strong financial, marketing, and operational acumen.
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi preferred) and strong general tech skills.
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) credentials a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Ability to work weekends as needed and perform physical tasks related to property operations (lifting up to 40 lbs, climbing stairs, etc.).

We’re seeking an experienced, motivated Property Manager to oversee our vibrant, 148-unit community. Guided by our core values, you’ll ensure the smooth operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction of the property—while leading a dedicated onsite team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, marketing, and resident relations.
- Lead, train, and support team members to achieve community and company goals.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and occupancy and revenue strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Foster a positive, service-oriented environment for residents and staff alike.
