- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and AV equipment (e.g., TV screens, monitors, projectors)
- Plan and execute structured cabling installations, including routing, labeling, and testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to support office technology setups and relocations
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and asset inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards during installations
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users as needed
- Help IT Leadership in completing, innovating, and maintaining the IT.
Requirements
- 4 years' experience of technical IT support
- Proven experience in IT hardware installation and support
- Strong understanding of cabling standards (Cat5e/Cat6, HDMI, coaxial, etc.)
- Familiarity with AV systems and display technologies
- Ability to read technical diagrams and follow structured installation plans
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift equipment and work in varied environments
- Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar A PLUS
