What You Will Do:

• Tracking workflow management
• Document collection and verification
• Tracking item resolution
• Client and stakeholder coordination
• Renewal pipeline support
• Compliance and audit readiness
• LOS proficiency and process optimization

What You Bring: 

• Loan administration knowledge
• Client service orientation
• Risk awareness and escalation judgment
• Document control & audit compliance
• LOS Platform navigation (BakerHill proficiency a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills with ability to engage clients for follow-up.
• Process-oriented mindset with ability to manage high volumes across multiple portfolio

Pay Range:  $28.37 - $39.91/HR
