Salary: $75,000 - $80,000; $840 car allowance; plus commission, 40%+ travel

Position Overview

The Solution Sales Specialist is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on driving high­ margin new business. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing opportunities by leveraging our suite of remote guarding, mobile guarding, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology sales professional with a consultative approach and a passion for showcasing client value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-margin sales opportunities.

  • Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our remote guarding, mobile guarding and security technologies.

  • Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and tailor solutions that showcase clear business value.

  • Work closely with the Vice President of Client Solutions and Area Vice Presidents to align sales strategies with client needs.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to commercialize new solutions and drive go-to-market success.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM systems.

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in technology sales, preferably in security, surveillance, or Saas environments.

  • Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated expertise in prospecting and lead generation.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology solutions.

  • Consultative selling approach with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
