As the Web Analytics & Content Specialist you will spend time creating Adobe Analytics and Microsoft Clarity reports — producing clear reports and translating insights into recommendations that improve user experience and outcomes. You’ll also assist the lifecycle marketing manager with updates, proofreading, and page publishing.

This part-time position (20 hours per week) typically works (Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm). This position may be remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities

•    Build weekly/monthly dashboards and ad-hoc reports in Adobe Analytics; compile Clarity heatmaps/session insights; surface 3–5 actionable takeaways per cycle.
•    Monitor key KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion), set simple benchmarks, and flag anomalies or issues.
•    Partner with stakeholders to turn findings into recommendations for content and UX; track impact of shipped changes.
•    Update and add content; investigate and identify errors; help build new web pages.
•    Write, edit, and proof content (text, photos, videos) across multiple sites.
•    Collaborate with marketing team members, developers, and operations to draft, review, and publish pages.
•    Learn and uphold brand, WCAG accessibility, and website standards.
 

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:


•    Strong written and verbal communication.
•    Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, charts; pivots a plus) and summarizing data for non-technical audiences.
•    Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Microsoft Clarity or similar platforms.
•    Professionalism, responsibility, initiative; ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
•    Detail-oriented, adaptable, dependable; effective both on a team and independently.
•    Experience with WordPress, Brightspot, or another CMS.


Preferred qualifications:


•    Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Workspace) and/or Microsoft Clarity.
•    Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (optional) and SEO fundamentals.
•    Exposure to A/B testing/CRO concepts.
•    Coursework or focus in Communications, Web Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or Data/Business Analytics.
