Your Tasks
- Supervisión y coordinación del equipo de APMs de AMBA.
- Seguimiento y eficientización constante de los KPIs y performance de cada zona de AMBA
- Coordinación del plan anual de actividades científicas a nivel nacional.
- Armado de ciclos de Visita Médica mensuales.
- Coordinación del Programa de E- Learning para SEC.
- Coordinación del CRM de gestión (IQMED) para SEC y seguimiento de los reportes de Avanter.
Your Profile
- Experiencia en el área de Visita Médica, mínimo 2 años y haber liderado equipos (Idealmente)
- Graduada/o en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
- Liderazgo, capacidad de influencia, buenas relaciones interpersonales, habilidades analíticas, seguimiento de proyectos & trabajo en equipo.
- Excelente manejo de Excel y Powerpoint.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
