- The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business
- Drive sales through existing customers
- Deliver a % of overall revenue growth from allocated clients
- Adding value to the client and staying ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals
- Serve as the key client contact on multiple accounts
- Grow revenue per customer on a month-on-month basis
- Address complex customer queries around Trade Finance and related products
- Owns and hits/exceeds annual origination numbers within assigned territory and accounts
- Builds relationships with customers, develops and executes strategic plans to achieve targets, and maintain zero customer dropouts
Our Checklist:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in BD / Sales, Account Management, or Sales operations
- An aggressive sales professional who can think through how to increase wallet share from existing customers
- Consistent proven track record in exceeding revenue targets and take ownership of the tasks you are assigned
- A quick learner, comfortable with numbers, and has strong quantitative skills.
- Strong virtual presence and experience communicating through dozens of calls, messages, emails, VCs per day
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
