Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 support for Infor WFM across various functional modules (especially T&A, Scheduling, and Absence).
• Handle incident, service request, and problem management tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow,etc.).
• Perform root cause analysis, identify configuration or data-related issues, and provide permanent solutions.
• Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide functional resolutions or workarounds.
• Configure or troubleshoot new and existing rules, pay codes, calculation groups, and validations.
• Collaborate with Infor support for raising SRs and follow-up for resolution of product-related defects.
• Assist in regression testing, system upgrades, and patch validation activities for newer versions.
• Support integration flows with third-party systems such as HRMS, Payroll, and Time Clocks.
• Prepare functional documentation (including updating knowledgebase, SOPs, troubleshooting guides).
• Monitor batch jobs, system health, and interfaces on a daily basis.
• Provide end-user training or coaching as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Infor Workforce Management (latest versions preferred – v7+, Infor CloudSuite WFM).
• Strong expertise in modules such as:
o Time & Attendance
o Workforce Scheduling
o Absence Management
o Labor Forecasting & Budgeting
o Pay Rules, Work Rules, and Calculation Groups
• Good functional understanding of overall HCM processes including HR, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Experience with Infor WFM Workbrain configuration and rule building.
• Knowledge of Mongoose platform and Infor ION workflows (preferred).
• Familiarity with Time Clock integrations (e.g., GT-400, GT-10, or other Infor-supported devices).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to read logs and debug errors.
• Experience in cloud-based application support and release cycles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of Infor Global HR or Talent Management modules.
• Hands-on experience with Infor ION, IPA (Infor Process Automation).
• SQL knowledge to perform data investigations and queries.
• Understanding of data security and compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) in HCM systems.
• ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent experience in ITSM environments.
