We are looking for an experienced self-starter to join our team as an Executive Assistant working directly with the Chief Executive Officer and wider executive team. The EA will serve as the primary administrative support for meetings and events, travel and project management.
Requirements
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, communication handling, and confidential documentation.
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other executive materials.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense tracking, and budget support.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Support the wider Executive Team with administration, events, and special projects.
Experience and Skills Required
- Proven experience providing high-level executive support to a Chief Executive.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex diaries, travel, meetings, and stakeholder communications with a high level of attention to detail, discretion and professionalism.
- Strong knowledge of governance processes, including preparation of Board papers, agendas, and accurate minute-taking.
- Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organisation skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage time and plan work to meet deadlines.
- A strong ability to adapt to changing environments and navigate ambiguity.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, or similar).
