We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex construction projects, with a particular focus on governmental buildings or in occupied buildings that must remain operational during the works. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and handover.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the project.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards as well as industry regulations.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and project documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 15 years of experience in construction, preferably in governmental buildings or in occupied buildings that must remain operational during the works.
Previous role as a Production Manager, Site Manager, or Construction Manager is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, BIM tools).
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
