Técnico de Customer Service

Principais Atividades:

• Atendimento técnico aos clientes (presencial e remoto);
• Diagnóstico e resolução de falhas eletroeletrônicas e mecânicas;
• Leitura e interpretação de esquemas elétricos;
• Apoio em montagem de equipamentos e gaiolas para aves e suínos;
• Comissionamento e startup de novos galpões;
• Acompanhamento e supervisão do status de obras/projetos;
• Elaboração e apresentação de relatórios técnicos;

Requisitos:

Formação:

• Técnico em Elétrica, Eletrônica ou Mecatrônica

Experiência Desejável:

• Vivência no setor agropecuário, especialmente em granjas de frangos, ovos ou suínos;
• Conhecimento prático com CRM será considerado diferencial.

Conhecimentos Técnicos:

• Domínio em eletroeletrônica e mecânica;
• Leitura de esquemas elétricos;
• Montagem e manutenção de equipamentos agroindustriais.

Habilitação:

• CNH categoria B – Obrigatório

(Imprescindível disponibilidade para viagens, inclusive longas)
