The Opportunity:
If you’re motivated by performance-driven earnings with significant growth potential , and the chance to have a real impact — this is the role for you!  You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing relationships, closing new deals, and shaping how we go to market. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt and close new business opportunities with mid-size and enterprise clients. 
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the workers’ comp ecosystem. 
  • Collaborate with leadership on messaging, pricing, and go-to-market approaches. 
  • Help shape and refine the sales process as the company grows.
  • This role will require travel within the US.

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales (healthcare & workers compensation experience a plus).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a selling role in managed care and/or workers compensation industry
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as sales psychology and buying techniques
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong software knowledge, particularly MS Office Suite


Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to sit most of the day. Candidates must be able to use a keyboard most of the day. Candidate must have manual dexterity. Candidate must be able to speak on the telephone intermittently throughout the day. Candidate must be able to read and write English fluently. Candidate must be able to provide and confirm safe home office environment. Home office must be HIPAA compliant.
