An Exciting and rare opportunity is now available at National Home Move who are a network of over 60 Your Move & Reeds Rains franchise branches across England.

We are on the look out for a new Regional Director to lead and manage our Southern UK region which is made up of 16 offices.

As Regional Director, you’ll be the strategic lead for our offices across the South of England, with branches as far North as Bedford and as far South as Brighton, overseeing performance, growth, compliance, recruitment and culture. You’ll be responsible for all income streams, inspiring branch managers, driving profitability, and ensuring our brand continues to deliver outstanding service and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a network of branches to exceed targets and KPIs
•  Analyse performance and implement strategies for growth
• Build strong relationships with the region’s branches
• Identify opportunities for growth
• Encourage a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Estate Agency experience at senior management level is essential
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• A track record of driving performance across multiple locations
• Passion for property and customer service
• Willingness to travel across the southern region
