The Minnesota Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program is a new state program that provides compensation support to eligible child care centers specifically to recruit and retain child care employees who regularly care for children. | DAYS PER YEAR: | 261 (12 - month position) |
| RATE OF PAY: | The wage for this position ranges from $20.16 to $25.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the wage range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual’s experience and the school district’s budget. |
