We at Deliveroo for Work are Deliveroo’s B2B business, offering a simple food spending solution to corporate clients across 7 global markets. We’re a fast growing scale-up within Deliveroo and have spent the past 2 years in double-digit growth, by turbo charging product, commercial and marketing initiatives. Now as we approach 2026, there’s a new chapter ahead in which CRM will play a significant role.
We are looking for someone who is seriously passionate about developing seriously engaging emails. Someone who has the ambition for their work to be held up as best in class amongst their CRM peers. In our marketing team we’re ambitious to demonstrate that B2B marketing is anything but boring - and we’re looking for someone who can slot easily into our culture of creativity, curiosity for data and insight and a sense of urgency to move at pace. And of course an appetite for having fun along the journey. This role will report directly into the Global Head of Marketing for DFW and will operate under our hybrid working policy, 3 days a week from our London HQ
What you'll be doing
Lead the end to end development and delivery of a new CRM ecosystem for Deliveroo for Work, with the ambition of driving retention, frequency and customer lifetime value across the client segmentation. This will be inclusive of strategic planning, segmentation, message mapping, creative development, execution and reporting.
Lead the end to end development of email communication with clients’ employees (those who are placing their orders using their Deliveroo for Work allowance) to drive frequency and average order value amongst this cohort.
Build and optimise automation journeys, using salesforce and looker to develop automations and lifecycle programmes.
Be a voice at the table in the development of the client segmentation, working with commercial colleagues and bringing expertise from previous successes to deliver commercial objectives.
Partner with the Deliveroo consumer CRM team to fine tune clients’ employees’ total Deliveroo CRM experience, inclusive of email, push notifications, SMS.
Establish a robust test-and-learn roadmap, leveraging data and insight to continuously improve performance
Collaborate with Deliveroo for Work engineers/martech experts to unlock any technical blockers or switch on key enablers, such as innovation in personalisation and automation or the unlocking of new levers and channels
Partner with the broader Deliveroo for Work marketing team to develop content & creative that will resonate with our different audience cohorts.
Work with the broader marketing to develop emails that capture insight (eg. inclusion of surveys) as well as using that insight to make emails more effective.
Monitor industry trends and bring fresh thinking to ensure Deliveroo for Work stays at the forefront of CRM best practice.
Developing best in class tracking and reporting across the multiple email flows with a sense of curiosity, demonstrating proactivity in target setting, clearly communicating the commercial impact of results to stakeholders and using insights to inform improvements
Perform database maintenance tasks, including data hygiene and duplicate management.
Requirements
4+ years’ experience in CRM, preferably within a B2B environment.
Working knowledge of HTML (and CSS) to edit and troubleshoot email templates and ensure cross-platform rendering.
Proven experience in end-to-end development and delivery of customer lifecycle, behavioural and loyalty automation programmes. Inclusive of strategic planning, message mapping, design, technical execution and reporting.
Knowledge of email deliverability requirements and best practices
Commercial acumen as applied to customer segmentation and reporting
Experience segmenting customer data for email targeting
Creative confidence across email design, and an intuitive grasp of how tone of voice translates into engaging copy.
Hands-on experience with: CRM platforms: salesforce account engagement and Braze - Data programmes: looker
Excellent attention to detail and a keen creative eye for content and messaging
Data-driven mindset with confidence in using insight and analytics to guide decision-making
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with a variety of teams.
