Winnebago Industries is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN. The Sr. Business Analyst position works across multiple levels of the organization including business unit management, IT, Process Owners, and external software partners to collaborate and drive the success of Winnebago Finance’s key business transformation efforts. This role partners with business leaders to ensure that opportunities for business improvement are identified and addressed with the right financial technology solutions.  This role is responsible for administering and expanding the use of existing financial software tools such as Medius AP workflow, Concur expense management, ADP payroll processing, and D365 modules including AR/ AP.  This role is a key contributor for a prioritized portfolio of projects; defining business requirements and testing solutions to ensure they meet expectations.  

 Day to Day of the Role:

• Manage and train new and existing users on Concur Expense Management and Medius AP workflow applications. Lead the development and delivery of user training.
• Proactively evaluate and recommend opportunities for process improvements through application of information technology solutions or operational changes. Lead projects to perform assessments and recommendations.
• Develop and execute test plans for new and in-flight projects. Partner with the business to define, document and prioritize business needs and requirements. Establish user test criteria and perform and coordinate user testing to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Design and document optimized processes using tools such as Visio.  Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, process maps.
• Understand, test and maintain existing and new system integrations and file transfers. Develop and improve audit steps to ensure data integrity between systems.
• Develop deep expertise in the data sources and reporting needs for Finance functional areas and document data flow and reporting requirements for implementation by the IT programming groups.
• Develop functional expertise in future-state Winnebago applications such as AI, robotic process automation, and other productivity enhancing tools.
• Lead the sourcing and implementation of new technologies required to improve business processes.
• Establish and manage a prioritized portfolio of projects with clearly defined business cases.   Oversee project delivery on behalf of the business owner(s), ensuring they are accomplished within expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT function.   Provide ongoing communication to the business on project status and operational performance. Coordinate the resolution of any significant issues, working with the broader IT function.  
• Collaborate with business partners at all levels across the organization to drive business transformational efforts.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 Years experience as a BA, Finance, or IT roles involving direct interaction with business leadership.
• Experience in Financial software tools (AP workflow, Expense management, and Payroll processing, ERPs) preferred.
• This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations.

This posting includes a range of the salary across a geographical market. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $140,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
