We are seeking a Full Time Clinical Supervisor. This position provides clinical/administrative supervision, consultation, assessment, behavior support plan development, training, monitoring and coordination the Behavior Support Services program(s). This position is an Exempt position.
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follows the team process when providing services for the individuals.
2. Participates in the development of the individual’s behavior support plan and outcomes in cooperation with the team.
3. Monitors progress across all environments through data review, participation in team meetings and contact with the individuals.
4. Utilizes and promotes trauma-informed treatment through provision of evidence-based best practices.
5. Provides ongoing clinical supervision and training to all behavior support staff, including regular case consultation, augmentation of clinical skills, review of behavioral assessments (BSS) and plans and support in the use and development of the professional self.
6. Attends all treatment/staffing team meetings as needed.
7. Maintains and monitors staff training files, including annual training plans, and facilitates professional growth of staff.
8. Provides additional training/support to staff, families and individuals.
9. Ensures documentation is clear, concise, objective and up to date.
10. Supervises and coordinates the work of site-based interns as applicable.
11. Complies with organization policies and procedures as well as Department of Public Welfare (DPW) regulations.
12. Maintains files, records and complies with confidentiality of all records/information as per Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) regulations.
13. Participates in a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours of annual training.
14. Has an understanding of the department budget and maintains fiscal responsibility.
15. Essential Duties:
- Responsible for the personnel management of staff and department processes to include the following: assists the Director with interviewing and hiring of department staff; provides orientation of staff; completes introductory and annual performance evaluations of assigned employees; counsels and disciplines employees when necessary; approves assigned employee payroll information; adheres to the program monitoring policy;
- Provides monthly verification of department billing, reviews and signs daily service notes, reviews and signs assessments and behavioral support plans; implements the behavior support services Back-up plan(s) as needed per the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) regulations.

Requirements
EDUCATION:
- MA or MS in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work or related field from an accredited college. Licensure preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least two years of experience working with those with ID/Autism; three years of clinical experience in the field.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must complete training in functional behavioral analysis as well as positive behavior supports upon hire.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania state and county Intellectual Disabilities System, regulations and best practices involving self-determination and principles of Everyday Lives
- Knowledge of best practices in supporting people with a dual diagnosis of Intellectual Disabilities and Mental Illness
- Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn the organization’s various computer programs.
