We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused IT professional to support our technology infrastructure and end users in Raleigh, North Carolina. If you’re passionate about troubleshooting, improving systems, and delivering outstanding service, this is your opportunity to be part of a global company powering products loved around the world.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to IT tickets via email, Teams, chat, and phone using ConnectWise or equivalent systems.
Support end users across multiple MPG locations, ensuring smooth hardware and software operations.
Install and configure computers, servers, printers, and networking devices.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and update documentation regularly.
Administer Active Directory and user account access while ensuring network security.
Collaborate with the IT team on continuous improvement initiatives and departmental projects.
Follow ISO and safety standards while maintaining high-quality IT service delivery.
What You’ll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
3+ years of experience providing IT support in a multi-site environment.
Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
CompTIA Security+ or Network+ certifications a plus.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
