We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant with a strong background in the retail industry to lead analytics initiatives that drive customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for professionals with 6–9+ years of experience who can bridge business needs with technical solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of CRM Analytics solutions tailored to retail use cases such as:
    • Customer segmentation and lifetime value analysis
    • Campaign performance tracking
    • Store and inventory analytics
    • Loyalty program insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional retail teams (marketing, merchandising, sales, operations) to gather requirements and deliver actionable dashboards.
  • Develop and optimize datasets, lenses, dashboards, dataflows, and recipes in CRM Analytics.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external retail systems (POS, ERP, eCommerce) for unified analytics.
  • Apply predictive analytics and Einstein Discovery to forecast demand, personalize offers, and reduce churn.
  • Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with retail data standards.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote self-service analytics adoption across business teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6–9+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 4 years in CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
  • Proven experience in retail analytics, including customer behavior, sales trends, and inventory insights.
  • Strong proficiency in SAQL, SOQL, JSON, and dashboard configuration.
  • Experience with Salesforce Dataflows, Recipes, and Einstein Discovery.
  • Familiarity with retail systems and data sources (POS, ERP, loyalty platforms).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant or Salesforce Administrator are highly preferred.
  • Experience with AI/ML models for retail forecasting and personalization.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools.
  • Agile/Scrum project experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
