Job Summary:
The KNA Service Center Director will be lead the strategic, operational and financial performance for all the Service Center Network. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all 11 service centers.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Assess and optimize the service center network to improve efficiency and enhance value.
- Analyze performance of each service center and identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs and increase EBITDA.
- Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices across all centers to ensure high levels of customer service, safety and operational productivity.
- Drive financial accountability through effective P&L management, cost control and revenue optimization initiatives.
- Drive alignment between manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain and service centers.
- Lead, develop and mentor Service Center Managers to create a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and reduce waste.
Qualifications
You have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, material science, management, or other related business field
- 10 or more years management experience in manufacturing
- Strong leadership and commercial experience, including at least 5 years P&L responsibility
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
