Overview
Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate.
Job Responsibilities
- General maintenance and custodial care of Parish buildings and grounds .
- Scheduling maintenance projects.
- Fulfilling maintenance requests timely.
- Replacing of light bulbs, air filters, ceiling tiles, light ballasts.
- Painting, light carpentry and plumbing.
- Stocking of all cleaning supplies such as soap and paper products.
- Understanding and adherence to proper cleaning/sanitizing methods, storage and care of equipment and supplies, using guidelines mandated by federal/local agencies.
- Setting up for events.
- Other duties as assigned by the Administration.
