Position: Part-Time Leasing Professional
Location: The Landing – Dayton, OH
Schedule: Wednesday through Friday 11:30am – 5:30pm, every other Saturday 11am – 3pm
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, bonuses, and incentives (including $50 for each new lease!)

- 6+ months of experience in leasing within multifamily housing or a sales role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- CALP certification (preferred)
- Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently
- Experience in property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process
- Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis
- Familiarity with social media management
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance required

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll be the face of our community, creating a welcoming experience for every prospective resident. Your role is key in connecting people with a place they’ll love to call home.
- Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenities
- Handle inquiries, lead property tours, and manage follow-up communication in Yardi
- Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verifications
- Ensure a seamless move-in experience and property readiness
- Maintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market-ready vacancies
- Conduct market surveys, evaluate competition, and support innovative property marketing strategies
- Contribute to bookkeeping, reports, newsletters, and other administrative tasks
- Manage the property’s social media presence and help organize resident events and activities
