Your Opportunity: Relationship Support Liaison

As a key partner to the Chief Banking Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of high-level initiatives and day-to-day operations that directly support strategic goals and client satisfaction. In this dynamic position, you’ll manage a wide range of responsibilities—from coordinating internal meetings and tracking project progress, to following up on critical action items that drive results.

You will serve as a trusted liaison, representing the Office of the Chief Banking Officer in interactions with clients, internal branches, and business units. Your proactive communication and organizational skills will help ensure client needs are met with precision and care, maintaining an exceptional level of service that strengthens long-term relationships and reflects the values of the institution.

Additionally, you will support marketing efforts and special initiatives, contributing to client outreach and brand visibility. Your role will involve frequent engagement with current and prospective clients, allowing you to have a direct impact on business development and the overall client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Significant participant and contributor to the “Your Bankers” team” in its goal of providing a creative, service-driven, solutions-oriented experience to clients at all times.
  • Assist with the tracking of signed loan documents, printing loan documents, flagging documents for signatures.
  • Exceed client service expectations. Build superior client relationships.
  • Sit in on CBO client meetings as needed, both prospect and existing. Efficiently document and track items discussed at the meetings. Follow up to ensure applicable items are actioned by the Your Bankers team.
  • Maintain an organized action and follow up system to ensure client and CBO needs are met and exceeded. Collect information for deposit and loan applications
  • Conduct wire call backs as needed
  • Transporting loan documents to/from our Mission Valley office and picking up signed loan documents from client’s homes or offices.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a service driven upbeat bank culture. Understand and drive the Banks vision. Demonstrate all of the Bank’s Service Standards.
  • Clients are our priority. Working overtime may be required. Driving your own vehicle to events and/or client offices for business is required.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries or unusual or difficult customer problems through direct personal attention.
  • Perform other duties as assigned; opening new accounts, special projects and/or any operational functions.

Who You Are

Experience & Expertise

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Notary Public

Minimum 5 years of banking and administrative experience

Excellent client relationship management and communication skills

Strong ability to work with clients, peers and other team members to gain trust and results.

Competency in Bank compliance and audit policies/procedures.

Highly organized, take articulate notes, have very strong follow through

Physical Demands

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to physically use a keyboard/mouse

Ability to walk to and from workstations

Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
