The right person is organized, quick-thinking, and unafraid to tackle whatever comes their way, from scheduling and logistics to handling details that keep the CEO and company running smoothly. You’ll need sound judgment, hustle, and a can-do attitude to thrive in an environment where no two days look the same.

What is Health Navigation?

Health Navigation is the process of advocating for and guiding a patient through the medical and behavioral health system. We provide one-on-one assistance with appointments, medications, and health literacy. Gellert Health provides our patients with holistic and patient-centered assistance to access the care they need, which may include finding a healthcare provider, attending medical appointments together, understanding insurance coverage, and helping the patients better manage their medications and chronic conditions. By providing targeted support and guidance, we help our patients access timely and quality care. The ultimate goal of our program is to help patients receive the best possible care, and to improve their well-being.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

Executive Support:

· Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, protecting and leveraging the CEO’s time for the highest-value activities.

· Screen, prioritize, and manage communications, draft and review correspondence and presentations.

· Provide discretion in handling sensitive matters.

· Maintain confidential files and ensure sensitive information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

· Act as a true extension of the CEO’s brain, anticipating needs and ensuring priorities are executed seamlessly.

Operational Support:

· Manage and optimize the CEO’s commitments, ensuring smooth operations across time zones and individuals.

· Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documents to support decision-making with precision and attention to detail.

· Coordinate and prepare for meetings and key events, including agendas, documents, and follow-up actions.

· Track organizational priorities and ensure deadlines and commitments are met.

· Provide administrative and operational support on large, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.

Strategic Support: 

· Act as a business integrator, ensuring alignment between the CEO’s priorities and organizational execution.

· Conduct research, gather insights, and prepare materials to support strategic decisions.

· Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and proactively propose solutions.

· Provide oversight on special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

· Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure objectives are met.

· Anticipate risks or roadblocks and escalate issues proactively with recommended solutions.

Personal Support:

· Duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

· Bachelor's level degree in any concentration.

· Proven ability to manage complex schedules, projects, and communications with flawless execution.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

· High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment.

· Mastery of productivity and collaboration tools, like Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

· Ability to operate with precision in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
