Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop team members to support business volume
- Ensure that all employees understand business objectives, expectations, and measurement criteria for their respective positions
- Collaborate with peers and others to develop, enhance, and communicate operational processes and procedures in support of corporate objectives
- Review all incoming orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company bookings and revenue recognition guidelines
- Anticipate and identify issues and initiate actions to ensure orders are processed timely and efficiently
- Work with operations and planning to understand and communicate commitments and status to customers
- Lead and assist in special projects as assigned, preparing timely and accurate results
- Contribute ideas and provide reasonable and creative solutions to improve current processes
- Participate in quarter-end by delivering exceptional customer service (internal and external) and ensuring orders are booked/processed within the quarter close deadlines
- Ad-hoc reports, audits, and projects as required
Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with 3+ years of experience managing a team and a Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Accounting or related field. Would also consider equivalent years of hands-on experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficient with Oracle and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle and organize multiple time-sensitive projects at once
- Ability to use solid judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
- Up to 10% travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a public company and in the A&D industry
- Salesforce experience
