As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and preparation of periodic accounting and financial statements and reporting the financial objectives specifically Revenue, EBITDA, margins, Operating Cash Flow (OCF), and control of Working Capital requirements. The aim of which is to support the business leaders in decision making and improvement initiatives to achieve organizational success.

 

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:  

  • Accountability for month-end close process and Hyperion uploading, ensuring completeness and accuracy of reported financial results
  • Supervising AP/AR/GL staff to ensure the daily transaction correctly recorded and reconciled
  • Co-ordinating with Purchasing for clean month end cut-off
  • Responsible for weekly short term cash forecast
  • Balance sheet reconciliation and corporate reporting
  • Developing and implementing appropriate control structure
  • Monthly inventory reconciliation and variance analysis
  • Preparing audit requested files for external/internal audit
  • Assisting CapEx management
  • Working on new ERP system implementation
  • Assisting budgeting and forecasting
  • Ad hoc projects assigned by senior management and corporate
