As a Product Analyst, you will be the key driver in understanding how customers interact with our products. You will leverage data to surface insights that directly inform product strategy, design, and optimization, ensuring we build the right features for our users.

What you'll be doing:
Research, compile, and analyze product usage data (e.g., clicks, feature adoption, time-to-value) and A/B test results to identify opportunities for improving the product experience and driving key business metrics.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for new and existing product features.
Work with Engineering and Product teams to ensure the proper instrumentation and data quality are in place to support product analytics. This includes helping to define tracking specifications for new features.
Design, execute, and analyze targeted in-product surveys, polls, and feedback mechanisms to collect qualitative data that complements usage metrics.
Collect and report on data related to current product and feature performance into easily digestible dashboards, presentations, and narratives used by the entire product organization.
Summarize, interpret, and analyze complex product data, offering clear, actionable recommendations to Product Managers on optimization, prioritization, and potential new features.
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations of key product findings, trends, and recommendations to product management and executive leadership.
Essential Criteria:
You are a data-driven problem-solver with a passion for understanding user behavior and translating complex insights into actionable product strategy.
You have a proven track record in research and market analysis
You have the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects that lead to informed business recommendations
You’ve built informative dashboarding and processes to drive improvements across the business
You have experience with tools/technology like Tableau and SQL
You’ve planned and lead large projects with many stakeholders
You are a strategic thinker with a market/ customer first mindset
Skillful written and oral communicator comfortable presenting to an executive audienceStrong sense of ownership and accountability
Desired Criteria:
Previous experience in ecommerce or social media domains
Background in multinational product development organizations
Prior experience collaborating with clients’ product and engineering teams
